The finance team is a vital part of our company's success, providing essential support services across all areas of the business. Our finance manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
    • Ensure compliance with US and India GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax and accounting regulations.
    • Prepare periodic financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Lead and manage the accounting operations, including expense management and balance sheet transactions.
    • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely closure of audits.
    • Review and finalize monthly financial records.
    • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems to meet reporting specifications.
  • Compliance:
    • Manage vendor invoices, record payments, and ensure tax compliance.
    • Assist in preparing necessary tax submissions across India and the US.
    • Ensure compliance with periodic filings required by regulatory authorities in India and the US.
    • Provide tax, insurance, and other reports needed by governmental regulations.
  • Financial Analysis and Process Set Up:
    • Support the executive team in assessing the financial impact of new initiatives.
    • Calculate commissions for employees on variable payroll and submit reports to the accounting partner.
    • Improve data quality and integrity, reducing errors through standardization and automation.
  • People / Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage a team of accounting professionals, guiding them in controllership functions.
    • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for the Group.
    • Collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth operations, manage cash flow, and ensure timely payments.
