  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with lenders title companies other parties ensuring financial transactions including earnest money deposits final payments processed smoothly.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates answering questions addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized secure files of transaction documents ensuring confidentiality accessibility as needed.

Requirements:
