We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Author to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in authoring Service Bulletins for the Airbus STD Airframe and Hydro Mech & Cargo domains, as well as experience with configuration analysis and technical writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and revise Service Bulletins as per requirements in the SBO.
  • Perform configuration analysis as per Airbus SB standard to identify pre- and post-drawings.
  • Familiarize yourself with Airbus standards, including S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE - 100.
  • Conduct technical analysis of criteria and related data sources.
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP PCS and Authoring Tools in SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS.
  • Stay up-to-date on cold working SBs.
  • Analyze aircraft zone and access studies to specify work locations.
  • Implement precise sequences of the authoring process as described in the Quality Plan.
  • Evaluate timelines and make realistic commitments with project leaders.
  • Participate actively in customer communication for any queries.
  • Utilize Arbor text or Epic editor for SB authoring.
  • Maintain quality (RFT) and KPIs for assigned tasks.
  • Manage workload and maintain OTD (on-time deliveries) and quality.
