Video Producer Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced YouTube producer to drive content creation, viewer growth, and engagement. The ideal candidate will own the ideation, scripting, and production of high-quality video content that meets our brand's niche and audience needs.

  • Develop unique video concepts tailored to our audience.
  • Create compelling scripts that optimize viewer retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the process from ideation to execution, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with collaborators to ensure timely, high-quality video delivery.
  • Write engaging titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails that resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor video metrics and retention analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A successful YouTube channel or a track record of scaling one for a brand/creator.
  • The ability to wear multiple hats, from scripting to filming to editing.
  • Experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
