Job Title

NetSuite Implementation Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive successful NetSuite implementations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions across all areas of NetSuite.
  • Design and deliver custom solutions according to client specifications, design documentation, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams on completing project tasks and following project plans.
  • Conduct UAT/SIT (testing) with clients and internal cross-functional teams to deliver project expectations on time.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, unit testing, and deploying NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in NetSuite products and services.
  • Manage task assignments and drive issues to resolution.
Qualifications:
  • 5 - 8 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage task assignments for yourself and within teams.
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin.
  • Strong finance background and knowledge of financial processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading business requirements gathering and system walkthroughs.
  • Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users and admin users.
  • Preferably certified in NetSuite ARM Certification or Multibook enablement.
