Automation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation systems that streamline business operations.

The role focuses on integrating various tools into seamless workflows, replacing manual processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

  • Design and implement document automation solutions.
  • Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize CRM systems.
  • Automate document generation and storage.
  • Integrate e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding processes for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads and classify them via AI-driven automation.
  • Develop compliance workflows and ensure all processes follow security and reliability standards.
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for internal users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Knowledge of API integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven automations.
  • Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
  • Prior experience building error handling and monitoring dashboards.
