Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional in WLAN automation testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of WLAN products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test automation scripts using Python-based frameworks.
  • Design and implement API automation tests using Flask and related technologies.
  • Plan and manage automated WLAN testing for L2/L3 networking and wireless protocols.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, log, and track defects, and support root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and manage version control systems such as Git for test scripts and automation frameworks.
  • Participate in integration, system, and regression testing to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to provide feedback on software and firmware performance.
  • Contribute to the development of test strategies, test plans, and test dashboards to ensure project timelines and quality goals are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience as a Python Developer with hands-on expertise in test automation.
  • Proficiency in Pytest, Robot Framework, or equivalent test automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Flask framework for API automation and testing.
  • Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking and wireless protocols, including Wi-Fi standards.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex automation and network issues.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in WLAN or embedded systems testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
