As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for debt raising from various financial institutions and managing existing lender compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise debt through term loans, debentures, and other financing options at competitive pricing.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models and credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handle queries related to credit proposals.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of fundraising transactions, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Manage liquidity and investment portfolios efficiently, making informed decisions based on market trends and financial data.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a CA or MBA Finance degree from a reputable institution.
  • Bring 6-7 years of experience in NBFC or Fintech field, with a proven track record of success.

Skills & Know-how:

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end, with a strong understanding of financial instruments and markets.
  • Exhibit the ability to read and understand complex financial statements and metrics, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Display strong analytical and presentation skills, effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders.
