Visual Designer Role Summary

The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining the company's visual identity across all touchpoints, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to video content and print collateral.

This is an opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences our brand by developing a comprehensive visual language system that reflects our innovation and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work. They will also have a proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.

Key responsibilities include building design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams, advocating for design in business conversations, and establishing the company as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space.

  • Designing for Impact: Develop and maintain the company's complete visual language system across all mediums.
  • Creating and Orchestrating: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Collaborating and Challenging: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to achieve design goals.

The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Experience with emerging design technologies and an understanding of how AI can help a brand level up are a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving design excellence and continuous learning within the company.

Requirements
  • 5-8 years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
  • Typography, color theory, and composition expertise.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
