Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources (labor, equipment, materials).
Leadership and Team Management:
The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing training and development opportunities, motivating and guiding the team to achieve production goals, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Continuous Improvement:
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and working closely with the Quality Department to maintain high product quality and minimize defects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field); Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred); 15+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or related industry; proven experience in leading and managing high-performing production teams; strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and production planning techniques; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in using production planning and scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems).
