Job Description

The Backend Product Development Lead will lead the development and optimization of our website, internal operation panels, and reports & dashboards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance platforms that drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the product roadmap and communicate the product vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development and implementation of website and backend features.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to creating user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance product usability.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Needed Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of backend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
