Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our life skills programs across schools.

This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations, working closely with the content team to ensure program quality and readiness for market delivery.

Responsibilities include program development, implementation, and delivery, as well as collaboration with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality programs that meet the needs of students, teachers, and parents.
    • Participate in strategy and planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of programs at assigned schools, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to facilitate smooth program execution.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Coordinate program roll-out at schools, including workshops, seminars, and training programs.
    • Conduct classes for students, training programs for teachers, and orientation programs for parents as needed.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers to ensure effective program delivery.
    • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
  • Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.
