Job Overview

This role involves providing technical expertise in implementing and configuring enterprise-level software solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with expertise in Openlink Endur product.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Hands-on project implementation in all phases of the implementation, design, build, test, deploy;
  • Providing technology and infrastructure design advice, design, analysis, and troubleshooting in the discovery workshop, design, configuration, testing, and production support of the ION solution for the client's business needs;
  • Participating and supporting the architectural design decisions regarding interfaces between ION solution and other systems and gain the client's confidence in the recommended approach;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or a directly related IT field;
  • At least 8 years of industry experience in enterprise application deployment and troubleshooting;
  • Minimum 5-year direct experience working Openlink Endur in configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, creating enhancements and performance tuning;
  • Expertise in at least 3 main areas of Openlink Endur;
  • Strong experience with systems aspect such as installation, upgrades, health checks;
  • Ability to follow system deployment steps with little-to-no guidance from lead team members;
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts;
  • Experience writing detailed systems specifications, deployment runbooks, how-to documentation;
  • Advanced networking, distributed networks knowledge;
  • Proficiency in Windows or Linux Operating systems, shell commands, and security architecture;
  • Good experience with Java, OpenJVS, and object-oriented skills;
