Quality Assurance Specialist for Manga Services

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Manga business, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience when discovering, acquiring and reading both physical and digital Manga.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing customer-facing experiences as well as backend services, with excellent technical ability, mentoring skills and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver new feature experiments from inception to delivery and beyond, launching those that deliver customer value and failing fast if it doesn't.
- Responsible for testing and improving the architecture of software solutions, innovating on testing frameworks and looking for ways to maximize reuse of existing services.
- Work with cross-functional, geographically diverse development teams through design, delivery and support.
- Write test plan, test strategy, test cases, test automation for delivering high-quality features for Manga services on Amazon JP website across all web and mobile apps.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality.
