- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security policies for web filtering, threat prevention, and user authentication using Zscaler's cloud security platform.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Monitoring the Zscaler platform for security incidents and performance issues
- Providing troubleshooting and support for Zscaler-related (ZIA/ZPA) issues
- Implementing changes to the Zscaler platform following change management processes
- Maintaining documentation and generating reports on system performance and security events
- Conducting training sessions to promote proper utilization of the Zscaler platform
Requirements:
">- Strong experience and expertise in implementing and managing Zscaler's cloud security platform
- Experience with following Zscaler technologies: Zscaler Endpoint component (ZCC & PAC file), Zscaler Authentication Bridge (ZAB), Zscaler policy management, Zscaler agent level issue resolutions, Zscaler SASE (Advance Firewall, Sandboxing)
- In-depth knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies, cloud computing, network infrastructure, and routing protocols
- Proficient in designing and deploying complex security architectures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyse and resolve complex issues
