Compliance Role OverviewWe seek a seasoned compliance professional to spearhead our regulatory affairs and risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in compliance, governance, and risk assessment to drive organizational performance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review policies aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails of documentation related to TPO frameworks, policies, and training.
  • Conduct risk-based reviews and present findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of trust, ethics, and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (UCPMP, NMC).
  • Experience in risk assessment, reporting, and internal investigations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data protection regulations (DPDP).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
