Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description:

This role involves handling customer queries, issues, and feedback across various channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. You will be responsible for converting leads into orders, coordinating with marketplaces to promote sales, partnering with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle B2C and B2B customer inquiries and concerns over the phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Convert customer queries into orders and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with different marketplaces like Amazon and Nykaa to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Develop partnerships with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients to expand the customer base.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English or Hindi, depending on their preference.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a premium client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with tableware and home decor categories.
  • Address technical and billing-related customer queries promptly.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong work ethic and calm demeanor.
  • Able to manage escalations and customer queries efficiently.
