IT Network Administration Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Oversee the school's wired and wireless LAN across academic blocks, labs, admin offices, and classrooms.
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity, including load balancing and failover configurations.
- Implement network security measures including firewall rules, VLAN segregation, and content filtering.
- Monitor for threats or unusual activity using tools like PRTG, Zabbix, or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT network administration, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, network monitoring, and biometric system management.
- Knowledge of hospital management software is an advantage.
