Requirements:

  • Providing technical guidance to the team on approach and architecture.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide transparency, unblock teams, and maximize engineering throughput.
  • Ensuring team alignment with the organization's process and goals.
  • Empowering engineers to make a significant impact for the company while reaching their professional development goals.
  • Supporting leads and ICs in growing professionally while driving productivity and morale.
  • Executing engineering efficiency projects based on learning.
