Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

A key aspect of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) transactions, working closely with bankers, vendors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with bankers for LC opening, extension, and cancellation, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding LC terms and conditions, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports for LC and BG transactions, tracking status and upcoming due dates.
  • Prepare financial statements, including CMA reports and Stock Statements, for submission to banks and audit purposes.
  • Oversee bank account opening and closing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
