Refractory Installation Specialist

As a Refractory Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and implementing them at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site audits and report near misses.
  • Maintain installation quality by following standard operating procedures in the installation manual.
  • Execute refractory installation jobs while strictly adhering to execution drawings.
  • Ensure timely project completion and obtain customer project completion certificates.
  • Prepare management information system reports, tracking sheets, and material reconciliations in the prescribed format.
  • Manage materials at stores and sites, ensuring correctness of quantity received.
  • Comply with all statutory requirements at sites.
  • Submit contractors' bills and customers' certifications for monthly billing.
  • Maintain site machineries in tidy conditions and perform their timely repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Ceramics or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the engineering/project execution industry.
  • Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, and strategic thinker.
  • Able to interpret basic financial data and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
