Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and management for our projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sustainability and natural resources management, with a strong background in project management and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate all project communications with key partners, stakeholders, and consortium members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee project adaptations in response to changing conditions and ensure administrative closure.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi (B2 level).
  • 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management, 8 years in business development, value chain promotion, and market linkages, 5 years of management/leadership experience as project manager or team leader in a company, 5 years of experience in projects in South Asia (region), of which 2 years in projects in India (country), 5 years of experience in Development cooperation projects

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic planning and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Hindi.
