About This Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management Data Services function.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for aggregating native user data to Onecert, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as data quality and monthly metrics must be monitored and achieved.
Responsibilities

The following responsibilities are crucial to the success of this role:

  • User data must be refreshed periodically in Onecert, facilitating effective IAM controls like Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading user lists to Onecert is a key responsibility.
  • Generating reports and adhering to a defined escalation process to source user lists is also essential.
  • Fulfilling requests from business stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents is a critical task.
  • Implementing Onecert catalog changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes is another key responsibility.
  • Collaborating with external teams for user list sourcing and working with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement is vital.
  • Risk mitigation pertaining to IAM processes and the organization is an ongoing responsibility.
  • Supporting IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes is also necessary.
  • Demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and good working etiquette is essential for success in this role.
  • Undertaking periodic reviews and exercises related to application security for compliance with current procedures and implementing enhancements is a critical task.
