Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Active Medical Devices and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of Product Assessors, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Conduct thorough technical documentation reviews to ensure compliance with EU regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and support to address areas for improvement.
- Recruit top talent, including CV review and interview participation, to support the growth of our team.
- Develop training programs and deliver presentations to enhance skill development within the team or externally as needed.
- Provide expert advice on technical queries related to Active Medical Devices and support sales efforts within this field.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of EU regulations and standards related to Active Medical Devices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
