Job Description

We are looking for an individual with experience in investment operations, specifically in alternative investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deal Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Loan portfolio purchases: Evaluate loan portfolios to determine their value and potential return on investment.
  • Loan stratification analysis: Analyze the creditworthiness of loan portfolios to identify high-risk and low-risk loans.
  • Historical performance reviews: Review historical performance data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Price modeling: Develop models to predict future prices of assets.
  • Credit facilities: Manage credit facilities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Forecast modeling: Develop models to forecast future cash flows and revenue.
  • Cumulative collections curves: Analyze cumulative collections data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Runoff models: Develop models to simulate the impact of different scenarios on investment portfolios.
  • Other specialty finance opportunities: Explore new investment opportunities in specialty finance sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations, specifically in alternative investments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as QuickSight or PowerBI.
  • Nice to have: experience with BI tools, such as QuickSight or PowerBI.
