Job Title: Data Engineer
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.
Responsibilities- Designing and Implementing ETL/ELT Solutions: Utilize Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, T-SQL, and Spark Notebooks to create efficient and reliable data pipelines.
- Data Storage and Compute Management: Optimize data storage and compute resources in OneLake to support Lakehouse and Warehouse use cases.
- Azure Key Vault Configuration: Implement and manage Azure Key Vault for secure handling of secrets, credentials, and connection strings.
- CID Pipelines: Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated deployment of Fabric assets.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from diverse sources including SQL server, Azure Blob, REST APIs, and on-prem systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and PowerBI developers to ensure data models support reporting and self-service needs.
- Pipeline Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, data quality, and failure recovery.
- Architecture Design and Governance: Contribute to architecture design, governance processes, and performance tuning.
