Project Management Assistant

Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented project management assistant to support our team in planning, executing, and delivering projects related to battery research and development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

About the Role:

  • Assist in coordinating internal projects across engineering, operations, and R&D teams.
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks using project management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management principles (Agile, Scrum).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, or Jira.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for battery technology, clean energy, or sustainability is an advantage.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of Gantt charts or scheduling tools.
  • Internship/academic experience in startups or engineering projects.
  • Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile).
