We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various machinery, including grinding machines, turning centers, machining centers, and induction hardening equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in CNC and PLC maintenance, as well as programming skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling machine shop maintenance, preferably with crank shaft, cam shaft, gear machining, and precision machining. They should also have good experience in grinding machine, turning center, machining center, induction hardening, and gantry maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of machinery
  • CNC and PLC maintenance
  • Programming of PLC and HMI
  • Understanding of CNC parameters and ability to update systems
  • Implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Familiarity with capturing predictive data for critical machines
  • Vendor network management for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drives, and PCBs
  • Gantry maintenance and electrical drawing understanding
  • Induction hardening and heat treatment process expertise
  • Knowledge of scale, encoder, drives, spindle drive, power supply drives, and other related components

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
