Job Title: Power System Protection Specialist

 

The position of Power System Protection Specialist is available at our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Protection Systems Management: Develop, implement, and maintain power system protection systems to ensure reliable operation and minimize disruptions.
  • System Design and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize power system protection schemes.
  • Relay Setting and Configuration: Set up and configure relay equipment to meet specific protection requirements.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Conduct regular testing and maintenance on power system protection systems to ensure optimal performance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in power system protection engineering.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of medium voltage power distribution systems, IS/IEC standards for protection relays, and relay configuration software such as Digsi 4, Digsi 5, and Reydisp manager.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and hands-on experience with relay setting calculation software.
