Job Title

A Process Assistant plays a vital role in our facilities, overseeing daily management of shifts and administrative responsibilities for associates.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily Management of shift: Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative management of associates: Foster a positive work environment by managing associate needs and concerns.
  • Job allocation to associates: Effectively distribute tasks and assignments to associates based on their skills and abilities.
  • Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety: Provide guidance and support to associates to ensure they meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues: Proactively address any issues or discrepancies in inventory counts and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans: Develop and implement strategies to improve shift efficiency and quality.
  • Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates: Create tailored training programs to enhance associate skills and performance.
  • Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis: Regularly assess and maintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and maintenance.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager.: Provide leadership and support when necessary to ensure continued smooth operation.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SSD operations is highly desirable.
