Job Description:\

The role of a technology leader involves providing comprehensive leadership for a set of platforms in support of business areas. This includes partnering with the business to drive end-to-end delivery, deployment, and support of all applications in this space, ensuring that the platforms bring significant value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as an early adopter of emerging technologies, the role rapidly tests, prototypes, and understands them, enabling AI Builder and AI Assisted Business Users.
  • Utilizing rapid prototyping experience to create and disseminate enablement resources and content for both AI Builder and AI Assisted Business User personas across various channels.
  • Organizing and programming weekly office hours with experts from each cloud platform as an open forum for AI Builders to ask questions and receive support and guidance.
  • Facilitating regional hackathon sessions to empower AI Builders with hands-on experience working with the latest emerging technologies available from partners.
  • Serving as a conduit between technology vendors and the business to drive awareness of consultancy offerings and facilitate accelerator sessions hosted by vendors.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and Automation to provide current and effective guidance.
  • Partnering with regional Learning and Development teams to provide enablement training, ensuring dentsu employees have necessary knowledge to utilize available AI resources, ideate, and build impactful use cases.

Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 8/12 years of experience, with at least 3+ years focused on AI or emerging technologies. Strong ability to understand new technologies and their practical application to business problems. Previous experience with AI and cognitive agents is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and excellent networking skills, focusing on brokering information between technical roles and business-facing roles. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong Business Analysis and presentation skills: ability to understand internal client needs, translate them into technical solutions, and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with AI POCs and pilots, as well as leading learning sessions and events.
  • Language: Fluent English, Japanese language a plus.
