As a Senior Software Development Lead, you will spearhead pivotal initiatives and foster best practices within your team to revolutionize healthcare by making it safer and more cost-efficient.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software applications across all layers, incorporating innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Lead agile product development teams as a hands-on contributor, collaborator, and leader, ensuring seamless project execution and exceeding expectations.
  • Propose new technology solutions to propel innovation and advancement in the industry.

Key Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, self-learning, and technically inquisitive individuals with 8+ years of experience in multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot expertise preferred)
  • Proficiency in multiple client-side programming languages (JavaScript React expertise preferred) with a high level of experience in developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services for concepts such as storage and compute, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT.
