Experienced Accounts Payable Professional

As an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst II, you will play a critical role in managing our company's accounts payable processes. This includes overseeing daily tasks such as coding and entering AP invoices into Workday, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements, and coordinating with the Procurement group on vendors, purchase orders, and receipts.
You will also be responsible for initiating ACH payments to employees and vendors, reviewing expense reports, evaluating and reconciling vendor statements, and managing inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with AP reporting and analysis on a monthly basis, work closely with other Finance team members, and perform ad-hoc analyses as necessary to support other business functions.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance field
- Ability to work remotely with US EST time zone during closing time and as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
- Experience with large ERP systems, Workday, Salesforce, FloQast
- Experience working in a US-based global company or similar industry
