Financial Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation financial data architecture.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and modern data engineering practices to build scalable, trusted, and cost-optimized financial data solutions.

You will partner closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust financial systems that drive insights, compliance, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead Snowflake solutions for enterprise-grade data warehouse solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for finance and accounting use cases.
  • Own dbt data modeling for financial data transformations, lineage, and governance.
  • Translate complex accounting and financial concepts into technical designs and data flows.
  • Collaborate directly with Finance and Accounting leaders to understand business drivers, risks, and reporting requirements.
  • Build and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt, integrating data from multiple enterprise and financial systems.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, auditability, and compliance with financial reporting requirements and internal controls.
