Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience working on complex systems. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end design solutions.

The successful candidate will lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards, simplifying complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users. They will also translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplifying complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translating AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Defining, building, and evolving design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Designing for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
  • Rapidly prototyping and testing concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensuring accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
  • A strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
