We are currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to lead our team in a full-time office-based role. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping our content strategy and driving business growth.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day needs and queries of our creators via email and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proactively engage with brands, respond to incoming brand inquiries, and secure brand deals efficiently, maximising revenue opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our creators, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to campaign development by sharing innovative content ideas and staying up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring our content remains engaging and relevant to our audience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and stakeholders.
  • A basic understanding of content strategy, implementation, and campaigns, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
