Business Strategy Advisor Role

Organizations seek forward-thinking Business Strategy Advisors to partner with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives and market research, driving organizational strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop practice and domain capability collaterals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre-sales cycle of Business Development teams by crafting compelling proposals, bid responses, and relevant collateral materials.
  • Manage critical components of deal responses, including solution architecture & articulation, pricing & estimation, case studies, value proposition, and win themes.
  • Gather and report industry insights, covering KYC, competitor intelligence, market trends, and other essential data.
  • Develop a strong ability to learn and contribute across different functional areas, such as solutioning, practice development, domain-based pitches, accelerators, and more.

Mandatory Requirements/Skills:

  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier business school, with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 7.0/10.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles, with a focus on supporting or working in technology areas like AI/GenAI being an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Team and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, driving informed decision-making.
  • Consulting and/or product owner mindset, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
