  • Guarantee accurate and timely submission of India regulatory and statutory reporting.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Streamline and improve accounting systems and operations.

Expected Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, focusing on financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with Tally ERP 9, TDS, and GST returns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a strong team player mindset, capable of working collaboratively to identify areas for improvement and assist in decision-making.
  • Detailed-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a UK time zone, supporting a US-Holding Company.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification preferred, along with 3-4 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
