Job Requirements:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations, ensuring effective variance analysis.
- Manage internal stakeholders and direct/indirect teams to drive business objectives.

- Guarantee accurate and timely submission of India regulatory and statutory reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.
- Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Streamline and improve accounting systems and operations.
Expected Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, focusing on financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP 9, TDS, and GST returns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.
- A self-starter with a strong team player mindset, capable of working collaboratively to identify areas for improvement and assist in decision-making.
- Detailed-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work in a UK time zone, supporting a US-Holding Company.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification preferred, along with 3-4 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
