We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and ensure network security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex issues and escalate as necessary.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are preferred.
