Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the adoption and maturity of DevOps & SRE culture, transitioning to modern infrastructure management and delivery practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the transition to cutting-edge infrastructure management and delivery practices.
  • Lead high-priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support to resolve critical issues.
  • Identify application patterns and analytics to enhance service level objectives, integrating self-healing and resiliency patterns.
  • Manage a backlog to focus on optimizing existing solutions, ensuring non-functional requirements meet agreed standards under extreme conditions.
  • Promote Chaos Engineering and SRE approaches across strategic systems to predict and prevent disruptive events, improving solution availability.
  • Design and implement automated change, release, and upgrade management practices across existing solutions and systems.
  • Proactively share knowledge of technology risks with stakeholders, partnering with other teams to ensure continuous improvement of IT services.
  • Align solutions with security and compliance expectations in partnership with the ISRM function, ensuring adherence to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Service Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in technologies like Wireshark, Fiddler trace.
  • Solid experience in Oracle database, networking, troubleshooting, scripting, Java, JVM, and web performance.
