Job Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Expert to lead the regulatory compliance process for our products. The candidate will be responsible for driving all regulatory compliance related activities, leading the team, and ensuring successful completion of projects that meet regulatory requirements.

  • Develop Strategic Roadmap: Create powerful product approval strategies & roadmap for our offerings
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with Testing Authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Lead the Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring effective execution of regulatory compliance strategies and meeting deadlines
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and report on the regulatory compliance process, including risks and issues, to senior management
  • Owning Projects: Full ownership of regulatory compliance-related projects within the organization
  • Foster Collaboration: Foster a culture of process-driven innovation across the engineering team, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and open communication
  • Lead in Ambiguity: Work in ambiguity while ensuring the team remains focused and motivated

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, certification, or product approval, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, testing bodies, and partners
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
