About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced problem-solver with a strategic mindset and passion for digital marketing trends to drive ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Lead and manage all paid digital channels to generate high-quality leads, focusing on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust growth strategy, from idea creation to execution and iteration, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Channel Management: Take ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing control in-house for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and iterate on successful strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide actionable insights into campaign performance and optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to work, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative strategies.

  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: An obsession with social media platforms, including audience behavior and viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • Channel Management: Ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital channels with minimal reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Growth Strategy: Capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills, focusing on interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
  • Creativity: Experimental mindset and capacity for testing innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for internal reporting and collaboration.
