Healthcare Data Analyst

A key contributor to our healthcare consulting team, you will play a crucial role in various phases of projects, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Explore alternative solutions based on research and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) that address real-world challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Requirements Definition: Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs for healthcare data analysis.
- Solution Configuration: Support configuring solution requirements on products, identify issues, diagnose root causes, and seek clarifications to ensure high-quality data analysis.
- Collaboration and Initiative: Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to healthcare clients by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Client Collaboration: Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends in the healthcare industry and apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively.
- Process Improvement: Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions that address real-world challenges in the healthcare sector.
