Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Architect to design, implement and maintain our secure, high-performance network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable and secure network architectures.
  • Maintain network systems for optimal performance and high availability.
  • Respond promptly to network-related incidents and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up-to-date.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
  • Experience with cloud networking solutions and SDN technologies such as Cisco ACI.
  • Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting using Python.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Wireshark.
