Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

This role involves supporting business management activities and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can create reports, presentations, and content to track progress against strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting & Presentations: Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.
  • Business Cases: Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Governance Meetings: Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
  • Strategic Communications: Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Headcount Reconciliation: Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale.
  • Financial Metrics: Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Reporting Tools: Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Priorities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
