Job Overview

This role offers a dynamic and experienced leader the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives in the healthcare payer segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Drive the design and evolution of AI-led technology solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Track and align with emerging industry trends to identify and position relevant solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership perspectives, white papers, and represent the organization in industry forums.
  • Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings and workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define and refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Role Competency:
  • 15+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscapes.
  • Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing, and driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management.
