Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

The Lead Data Insights Strategist is responsible for conducting data science using SAS/SQL/Python and other tools to support various analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytical frameworks to answer questions and solve business problems.
  • Perform exploratory data science to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Hypothesis testing and reporting statistically significant results.
  • Create and present data-driven insights to clients and stakeholders, proficient in storytelling from generated insights.
  • Project Management skills with the ability to work independently with minimal support.
  • Mentor junior team members on technical and problem-solving aspects.
  • Apply multiple algorithms or architectures and recommend the best model with an in-depth description to evangelize data-driven business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics) and 5-8 years of experience in analytics are required. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI/SAS is necessary. Experience in Databricks environment is a plus.
