About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategies to unlock business value from data, driving growth and innovation across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and creative design teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Own the analysis and insights that inform the SCRT product roadmap, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Become a subject matter expert in data, analytics, and testing, providing guidance and support to teams across the organization.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis using advanced analytical techniques and data science models to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
