Job Description:

We're seeking a creative professional to lead our social media design efforts. As a skilled designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on designing daily social media content, including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art. You will also own the visual system, maintaining and evolving our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.

Key responsibilities include translating content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share. You will also be responsible for creating lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and editing simple reels when needed.

Data-informed design is crucial in this role. You will iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants). Additionally, you will work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.

To succeed in this position, you should have 2-5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media. A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations) is essential. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion is required. Comfort with data visualization and solid typography & layout fundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency, are also necessary.

Able to work in fast sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines, you will thrive in this environment. Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts is preferred.
