We are seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in motion graphic design and video editing, with expertise in advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking, and compositing.

In this role, you will create engaging and visually impactful motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates brand messages across digital platforms.

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Work with advanced techniques to enhance motion content.
Video Editing

  • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
  • Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content, photography, design, and digital marketing teams to develop cohesive multimedia deliverables.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.
  • Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution.
Education and Experience

  • A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia design.
Prior experience in production or studio environments will be considered an added advantage.
